With our Mortgage Contributor scheme, you could get up to 5% of your property’s purchase price which you could use to contribute towards your monthly payments.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. We will pay you up to 5% of the purchase price of our new build home before any deduction for the Mortgage Contribution Scheme to help with your mortgage payments.
  2. The amount we will pay you is capped, normally at 5% of the purchase price of our new build home which you are buying.
  3. Our Mortgage Contributor scheme is subject to your own borrowing criteria.
  4. The monthly contribution is paid to you on completion by way of a deduction from the completion statement i.e., it is an allowance on the price payable by you.

Mortgage Contributor Terms and Conditions

Who is eligible?

“Crest Nicholson” is referred to as “Crest Nicholson”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. Our Mortgage Contribution Scheme is available on our new build homes only, only on selected plots and is subject to contract and eligibility criteria. To qualify you must provide us with satisfactory evidence of your mortgage offer and the amount of that mortgage.

You will be required to enter into a reservation agreement to reserve a new build home from us and exchange contracts on that purchase, and those events may be required by us to have happened by certain dates.

How does it work?

We will pay you up to 5% of the purchase price of our new build home before any deduction for the Mortgage Contribution Scheme to help with your mortgage payments.

However:

  • the amount we will pay you is capped, normally at 5% of the purchase price of our new build home which you are buying; and
  • a lower cap may apply on certain developments or certain plots.

Please check with our sales executives for the amount of any cap which applies to a new build home that interests you.

The amount is paid to you on completion by a deduction from the completion statement, i.e., it is an allowance on the price payable by you. It is not convertible to cash.

The amount of the Mortgage Contribution Scheme may not reflect the amount of your mortgage payments over any particular period of time and is only a contribution. It is your responsibility to use the amount saved towards your mortgage payments and to make sure you have enough money to meet your mortgage payments. We do not pay your mortgage payments on your behalf.

Other applicable terms and conditions

To take advantage of this offer you must claim before reserving a property from us. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or scheme. We may in our absolute discretion, withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time before you have reserved your new build home from us and paid your reservation fee.

If your reservation agreement expires, is cancelled or is terminated your Mortgage Contribution Scheme in relation to that reservation will automatically terminate.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it. Individual lender terms and conditions may affect the offer. If you require a mortgage, you are strongly advised to obtain advice from a regulated mortgage adviser.
