Local housebuilder Crest Nicholson has begun work to deliver 53 high quality homes at its latest development, Hereford Grange, in Holmer, Herefordshire.
On Thursday 10th April the housebuilder celebrated the first spade in the ground, marking the start of the new development which will deliver new two, three and four bedroom homes, all with PV solar panels and EV charging points, of which 13% have been allocated as Shared Ownership.
Each home will be built to the Crest Nicholson specification, featuring granite sinks and oak handrails, with customers provided the opportunity to further personalise their home with a selection of curated products available.
In addition to the high-quality new homes, the development will include a children’s play area and Crest Nicholson are investing over £250,000 into supporting and improving local education, transport and recycling.
