After 35 years in their house in Leeds, husband and wife Andrew and Eileen Padmore were looking to find the perfect home to enjoy their retirement, whilst being closer to family.

Since moving in Eileen and Andrew have given their home that personal touch, showcasing their style with blinds, curtains, and light fittings. Their current project is transforming the garden to incorporate a pond and a fenced off area to prevent Henri eating all the grass!
They have also wasted no time meeting neighbours and getting involved with the community.
Eileen said “Everyone at Ludlow Green is so friendly and there’s a real sense of community. The town of Ludlow itself is so beautiful and offers so much to get involved with. Since moving here I have joined a book club, and Andrew and I have both got involved with the local Parish Church, where Andrew gets to play their organ!”
