A Gloucester team from local housebuilder, Crest Nicholson has won the coveted Premier Guarantee 2024 Excellence Award for their Perrybrook development in Brockworth. The team were shortlisted for the annual awards following their win earlier this year, receiving a Quality Recognition Award back in February, and were named as the Excellence Award winners for the 151+ units South category at the annual luncheon celebration on Wednesday 3 July 2024.
The Excellence Awards recognise the UK’s best developments covered by Premier Guarantee, one of the leading providers of warranty and building control in the UK. The expert panel of Premier Guarantee judges reward sites that demonstrate consistent high standards of site tidiness, management, workmanship and safety.
