
Leading house builder Crest Nicholson has secured planning approval for 101 new homes in Nailsea.
The development, named Netherton Grange will bring a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom houses and apartments to the North Somerset town. Alongside the high quality homes, the development will feature public open space and a community orchard.
Of the 101 plots, 32% will be allocated as affordable housing and the development will include sustainable features including, homes equipped with PV panels and Electric Vehicle Charging Points.
