Local house builder Crest Nicholson has launched the final apartments at its established waterside Centenary Quay development in Southampton.
The release of the last homes marks a significant milestone for the Centenary Quay development and will see the completion of this landmark regeneration project. Built on the former Vosper Thornycroft shipyard, Centenary Quay has delivered over 1,620 new homes since its launch in 2010, of which 25% have been delivered as affordable homes. In addition, Crest Nicholson has invested £3.4m into the local community and provided retail, business and community spaces.
Located along the River Itchen, this new collection of one and two bedroom apartments will join a thriving community where residents can enjoy a range of amenities right on their doorstep, including a library, gym, restaurants, a coffee shop, and a beauty salon.
Eileen Guihen, Sales & Marketing Director for Crest Nicholson South, said:
“This is a significant milestone for Centenary Quay and we’re excited to welcome prospective buyers to explore our final homes and experience first hand the welcoming atmosphere of this established community.
At Crest Nicholson, we are committed to building high quality homes and creating vibrant communities, where our customers can settle and thrive, and Centenary Quay is an excellent example of our dedication to this commitment.”
Centenary Quay is ideally located, with Southampton Central train station less than three miles away and easy access to the M27 and M3 motorways. Additionally, a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants can be found just across the river in Southampton city centre.
Prices start from £160,000 for a one bedroom apartment, and £275,000 for a two bedroom apartment. For more information you can call 02382 553442 or visit www.crestnicholson.com/developments/centenaryquay.
